Update on RiRi & her 'hubby'

Chris Brown's arraignment has been postponed until April 6, for felony charges that he allegedly beat his girlfriend Rihanna on the way back from a pre-Grammy party in February.

The California Superior Court complaint outlined charges of assault and criminal threat against Brown, 19, who must now provide fingerprints and DNA samples.

Brown's alleged victim in the assault is labeled "Robyn F." Rihanna's given name Robyn Fenty.
If convicted, Brown could face up to eight months in jail or four years probation. Brown is expected to appear in court Thursday afternoon.
An accompanying search warrant and affidavit detailed a horrific chain of events in the early morning hours of Feb. 8.

According to the affidavit, Brown viciously beat "Robyn F.", shoving her head against the window of their car, repeatedly punching and biting her, and yelled, "I'm going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see."

The affidavit gave the following timeline:

After "Robyn F." read a text message on Brown's phone from a woman "who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with," he tried to force her out of the car, but couldn't because she was wearing her seatbelt.

Brown then allegedly slammed her head against her window, and when she turned to face him, he "continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand."

The affidavit said blood filled her mouth and spattered on her clothing and the interior of the Lamborghini.

"Robyn F." also called her assistant, leaving a fake message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there."

Brown then replied, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you," and continued to punch her.

She then "bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and head near her lap in attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied by Brown," according the the affidavit.

After stopping the car and losing the ignition key, Brown allegedly put her in a headlock so long that she almost lost consciousness. According to the affidavit, he then walked away, and a resident who heard her screams called 911.

Several days after being released on $50,000 bail, Brown apologized, said he was taking anger management classes, and he and Rihanna have reportedly recently reconciled.

They haven't only reconciled is what insiders from Rihanna's camp are saying. They are also saying that Rihanna & Chris B. got married while being in Miami. Guess time will tell if he really put a ring on it to make up. As if married women can't be beaten. She's gonna get it now ;)
