My story of the day ..

So i started working out again after having 2 babygirls & i must say i feel sooooo much better. After having Brooklyn i didn't hit the gym because i knew i wanted a second child so i felt it would be better to wait. Now that i'm back in the gym i feel sooooo extremely good. Yes, i go through hell when my body is sore like it was yesterday, but it's so worth it. I work out 6 days a week so it should be paying off. I'll keep ya'll posted ;) Just felt like sharing this cause i'm really proud of myself *smiles*
