Rihanna is all over NYC & it seems like she has ALOT to do .. including hanging out with her buddy Katy Perry. Whatever it is she does she makes sure she stays looking hawt as ever. Oh & there are rumors she & Chris are back to seeing eachother. Honestly i couldn't care less ..
